The following list outlines the documentation required prior to beginning courses with ACM.
NOTE: In addition to the documentation below, you MUST complete the visa requirements through Campus France in order to obtain your visa. If you did not receive your visa letter and attestation via email, please reach out to admissions@acmfrance.org.

ACM Wellness and Accommodations Online Form | Due June 30, 2025
Please complete the form below, which is required to request or opt-out of special accommodations.
Official Transcript | Due July 1, 2025
Please submit an official transcript which reflects your conferred diploma or degree if you have not done so.
ACM Student ID Photo Upload | Due August 1, 2025
This photo must be a JPG file type, 100KB or less in size.
ACM Arrival Questionnaire and Travel Itinerary | Due August 1, 2025
Please complete the form below in order for ACM to prepare for your arrival.
Passport Upload | Due August 21, 2025
Please submit your passport if you have not done so.
